Prices quoted do not include reservation cost and tourist tax. Tourist tax is to be paid on location to the provider of the accommodation.

For payment via credit card or Ideal, we utilise the services of Ogone. Your credit card information will be used only for effecting payment to VVV Maastricht for the reservation concerned and will not be accessible to anyone for any other purpose, including the provider of the accommodation.

Always inform VVV Maastricht in writing of any changes. A €15.00 fee will be charged for changing a reservation.

      More than 3 days before the starting date 60%
      More than 24 hours before the starting date 85 %
      Less than 24 hours before the starting date 100% 
 
Accommodation: Group cancellation (for 10 or more people)
     More than 3 months before the starting date 0%
     More than 2 months before the starting date 15%
     More than 1 month before the starting date 35%
     More than 14 days before the starting date 60%
     More than 7 days before the starting date 85 %
     Less than 7 days before the starting date 100%
 
In case of cancellations, the reservation fees are not refunded. We also charge an administrative fee of €25.00 in addition to the fees set out in the General terms and conditions of the VVV.
